We agree documentation, freight arrangements and timing with the buyer after the operative LC is accepted.

Our payment policy: 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, issued by a bank acceptable to Tsedeke Coffee. CAD and open-account payment are not accepted. All quotations remain subject to our written confirmation.

Do you sell green or roasted coffee?

Our business inquiries focus on Ethiopian green, unroasted Arabica for importers, traders and roasters.

Can you supply any grade, washed or unwashed?

Yes. We can source all grades of Ethiopian Arabica in washed and unwashed (natural) processing. Tell us your preferred origin, grade, quality specifications and quantity. The actual lot, availability, documentation and shipment timing are confirmed before quotation. Other Ethiopian origins can also be discussed.

Can I request samples and a cup report?

Ask us about samples and the quality information available for your selected lot. We confirm availability, supporting documentation and any sample or courier charges before arranging shipment. We do not publish unverified cup scores.

What volume can I buy?

Share your required net weight and packing preference. We discuss container purchases and other requests with the exporter; minimum quantities and loading weights are confirmed per offer.

Can you quote FOB and CIF?

Yes. We offer FOB Djibouti or CIF to an agreed destination port under Incoterms® 2020, subject to quotation. Under FOB, the buyer arranges ocean freight and insurance. Under CIF, we arrange and pay for ocean freight and the agreed marine insurance to the named destination port. Risk transfers when the goods are loaded on board at the shipment port under either term. The buyer handles import clearance, duties and onward delivery; destination charges and insurance coverage are specified in the quotation and contract. Share your destination port for a CIF quote.

Which documents and certifications are available?

Tell us your destination and documentation requirements. We confirm what can be supplied for the actual lot, including origin, quality, traceability and applicable import documentation. Certifications are only offered when supported by current documents.
